Our story
From consulting rooms to classrooms
Synergia Dynamics spent years solving quality, safety and digital transformation problems for industrial clients. The same question kept returning from every plant and engineering centre: can you train our people to do this?
Synergia Academy is the answer. The .org academy develops the talent that industries need, while the .com consulting practice delivers the programs those industries run. The two reinforce each other: real engagements feed the curriculum, and the curriculum feeds the next generation of practitioners.
